Was will in dem Buch?
Viktor Frankenschtein ist höflich Kind. Er gehe nach der Ingoltburgsstadt und studiere. Er nicht zurückfahren. Er ist Wissenschaftler. Er schaffe einen Mann. Aber der Mann ist traurig und hässlich. Niemand haben keine Lust bleiben mit sein Kreatur.
In the beginning of XVIII century Enkh-Amgalan(1654-1722) who was the most famous king of the Qing dynasty (1616-1912) has been strengthening his diplomatic and military power against the Oirat Mongol State (1634-1758). After he succeeded to victory his antagonistic enemy Galdan Boshigt khan (1644-1697), was focusing to Tsewengrabtan prince (?-1727) of Dzungaria. Sovereign Dzungarian state has been potential threat to Qing dynasty. Especially his new subjugation which was called Khukh nuur and Tibet, Northern Mongolia. Enkh-Amgalan king has been searching new confiderate against Dzungaria. But it is not Russian Tsar. May be he politically and geographically knows little bit about state of Russia. Who live behind Oirat Mongol State? Only Torgut Mongol State where was locating around Ijil river have been communicating with him for 70 years. Then king had decided to send envoy to the Ayuk king of Torgut Mongol State. Tulisen was being choosed by emperial envoy. He has recieved detailed instruction for communicate Russian Tsar and Ayuk king of Torgut Mongol. Also he has to do good geographical notes.
Tulisen take a long journey. He writes Sibirian town and geography and tribes. Also he did the map. It was first the map about Siberia and Russian towns in Siberia and Southern Russian Steppe. He had been traveling for 3 years in the 1713-1717.
